Following the successful audit, in the mid-March the official event was organised to hand over the certificate to company’s management.
«We are pleased by the fact that for the first time in Russia a clinic of such a profile and such a professional level as IDK has been certified by SGS. Any company’s success is due to sustainable and systematic development of its business processes, and this is closely linked to service quality. An effectively performing management system constantly improved by every company’s employee is the way to assure quality consistency», - noted Central Russia Branch Manager Nikolay Smirnov.
The auditor of SGS Vostok Limited Julia Kryuchkova noted that the company had put efforts into getting ready to certification and the achieved results are amazing due to the deep and fundamental approach. The system that has been operating in IDK is mature and stable, thus proving once more seriousness of the organization’s attitude towards service quality. «I would like to emphasize the particular role of company’s management and of Vladimir Karnaukh in person, who laid the foundation to the clinic back in 1988 when first diagnostic laparoscopy was carried out. We are sure that the clinic will keep on to perform its high mission», - said Julia Kryuchkova.
«The certificate is not just a diploma for us that would decorate company’s walls. This is demonstration of the fact that we do manage the quality of our medical services. It helps us keep up to the high level in the present and perfect in the future», - stated Pavel Scherbakov, Director for Medicine of IDK.
IDK President Vladimir Karnaukh assured that the obtained certificate is just a starting point of a long way to further develop service quality: «The world has been moving fast and we need to daily fight for quality and improve our performance in order to satisfy our clients expectations».
