SGS Testing Facility in Rostov on Don accredited by FOSFA
In June 2014, SGS Agricultural Services Testing Facility in Rostov-on-Don was accredited by FOSFA under “Associate Analyst Member” category. This has been the first SGS laboratory in Russia that obtained the right to conduct analysis and certification of vegetable oils export shipments and vegetable fats import shipments against FOSFA requirements.
Sergey Derzhavin, SGS Agricultural Services Business Manager in Russia: “The fact that the Russian laboratory has been accredited by FOSFA will enable us to service our clients – manufacturers and traders of oils and fats - in a faster way because before we used our testing facility in Odessa to test against FOSFA terms.”
